A lot of excited things going on with Royski lately. I’m still producing weekly EDM Charts, Club Compassion and still doing some shows on BPM.FM, Flaunt Radio and Virtual DJ Radio. Just want to thank all of you for the support and great comments on my Facebook and Twitter pages.

As some of you know that I was going to do my last show the last week of September and hangup the headphones. I can’t do it. It’s in my blood and always will. Growing up as a child my mother always rocked the tunes. She was a stay at home mom and always had music on blasting. We jammed daily to rock, disco and funk. She had a love for music and didn’t care what kind it was. So in honor of my mother,  THANK YOU!

There’s a couple of reasons that I’m not giving it up.
1. My Daughter Melody. She is the love of my life and loves dada’s show’s and music. The other day we were driving and she wanted “DADA’S SHOW”, and then said “DJ Royski In The Nuts”. LOL! Now she says “Mix”. We had a Sunday Funday get together this last Sunday with some close friends. It was the first time I playing in the garage while everyone ate and played games. Melody was dancing and fist pumpin’, it was the cutest thing ever. She loves my music and music in general. I adore her and I know deep down inside she would not want me to quit. Sometimes in life God shows a sign. I haven’t had many, but this is diffidently a sign. Don’t forget Melody will always come first in my life but if my DJ career takes off I will give her things that I didn’t have growing up, but most of all my love to her.

2. I’ve been dj’ing over 20 years and I’ve never seen my love for EDM take off like it has in the last year. Some people play video games, darts, golf, softball and many other hobbies. In my case I produce and DJ. Recently I got accepted to Beatport Mixes. Beatport is the largest music store for DJs in the world. So, once again thanks for all the support and advice that I receive from many of you and just not my friends but fans. Enjoy the rest of your summer of 2012. I know it’s not over and it’s been a hot one, but remember one thing that a friend told me. Never give up on your dreams….because sometimes they come true……but your never know if YOU GIVE UP…

The aspiring DJ became well known for his sharp mixing style and very innovative track selections. So it wasn’t long before his growing success and popularity landed him jobs in some of the hottest night clubs in the California area.

Another opportunity presented itself to further his career, which meant a substantial move from California to South Dakota. Since transitioning in 1997, he has had the privilege of being an integral part of “start up” night clubs in the area as well as working in popular established night clubs in Sioux Falls and Minneapolis.

DJ Royski is well known for his amazing versatility and range, with a unique depth of knowledge in many musical genres. He can mix everything from Trance, Club-House, Tech-House, Techno, Minimal, Deep House, Hip Hop, R&B, Funk and Old School.

His specailty is Trance, Club-House, Tech-House, Techno, Minimal, and Latin House.

In 2011 Royski started producing his own style of music. Taking his DJ career to a whole new level.
